Beta-stage terms draft
Terms
Briefscope is an early beta service for independent designers managing client projects. These plain-language terms describe the current beta relationship.
Using the service
You are responsible for the accuracy, rights, and lawful use of project, client, and file content you add to Briefscope. Keep your account credentials private and share private client project links responsibly.
Files, backups, and AI
Maintain backups of important files. Briefscope may change during beta and does not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent availability. AI-generated interpretations and draft timelines are assistive only and require human review before use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to store or share unlawful or harmful content.
Beta changes and feedback
Features, access, and availability may change during beta. Feedback may be used to improve Briefscope without an obligation to provide compensation.
Access and responsibility
We may change or end beta access when necessary. You remain responsible for activity under your account and for communicating appropriately with your clients.
Limits and updates
The beta service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Briefscope does not make promises beyond what is stated here. These terms may be updated as the product develops.
Legal review is recommended before a broader public launch. This beta-stage draft does not establish a legal entity, jurisdiction, governing law, or venue.
