Beta-stage privacy draft
Privacy
This draft explains, in plain language, how Briefscope currently handles information while the product is in beta.
Information we receive
We receive account information from designers, project and client information entered into workspaces, beta application details, feedback, and files uploaded for a project.
How information is used
We use this information to provide and improve Briefscope, operate project workspaces, respond to support requests, and communicate with selected beta applicants.
Service providers
Briefscope uses Supabase for application data and authentication, Cloudflare R2 for private project files, and OpenAI when a designer chooses to use AI brief interpretation. AI output is assistive and is reviewed by the designer.
Private project links
Clients access a single project through its private link. Designers are responsible for sharing those links carefully. We do not describe them as public links.
Retention and security
We retain information while it is needed to operate the beta and related workspaces, subject to product changes and user requests. We use reasonable technical measures appropriate to the beta service, but no system can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.
Your requests and updates
You can contact Briefscope through the available support channel with questions about your information. This notice may change as the beta develops.
Legal review is recommended before a broader public launch. This beta-stage draft is not a statement of formal legal compliance.
